Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve sales goals through various channels, including outbound calls and email
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Communicate industry developments to the sales and product management teams
- Provide post-sale support and assist with credit/AR matters as needed
- Strong relationship building and networking skills
- Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Goal-oriented and proficient in MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a focus on customer service
- Mandarin and Cantonese speaking preferred
- Strong customer focus and ability to learn new product specifications quickly
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and identify upsell opportunities
- Active listening skills and the ability to provide adequate solutions
- One year working experience in dealing with B2B clients is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools
- Degree in business, marketing, or relevant field preferred
- Experience in the security industry is beneficial but not required
