Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our B2B client base, programs, and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on outbound calls for new client acquisition and post-sale support for client satisfaction and loyalty through relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals through various channels, including business development and lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records in our company database and manage CRM to ensure seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Communicate industry developments to the Sales and Product Management teams to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Provide post-sale support and assist with credit/AR matters if necessary, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate products and provide training on our Lorex assortment to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and networking skills.
  • Goal-oriented and proficient in MS Office Suite, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Mandarin and Cantonese speaking preferred, but not required.

Requirements

  • One year of working experience in dealing with B2B clients, preferably in the security and smart home products industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools, with a strong understanding of sales funnel management.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field, with a strong focus on sales and business development.
