Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Entire Hire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to prospect and qualify new leads, with a focus on identifying potential clients and scheduling appointments.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Account Management: Work closely with our National Account Managers to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including creating a minimum of 12 appointments per month, sending 8 corporate applications per month, and delivering 4 online demonstrations to prospects per month.
- Education and Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, with a post-secondary education in a related field such as Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Key Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to make 50+ outbound calls per day, strong written and verbal communication skills, time management and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
