- Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program in a relevant field.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage tight deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written.

This position requires working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with a significant workload. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
ExperiencePrevious experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience.
