The Opportunity

Responsible for overseeing the administration of service operations and invoicing for both internal and external clientele. Address and manage customer inquiries effectively.

The Role

  • Administrative responsibilities for the Service Division: managing service related to trucks, motor coaches, industrial equipment, marine vessels, and generators.
  • Prioritizing customer relations through various communication channels including in-person interactions, phone calls, and electronic correspondence.
  • Handling the issuance and receipt of purchase orders for the service division.
  • Managing the opening and closing of work orders, as well as scheduling tasks for technicians.
  • Inputting timecards accurately.
  • Administering warranty claims.

The Candidate

  • Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in service administration, parts management, supply chain, or product support within an office environment.
  • Familiarity with heavy machinery, trucks, coaches, generators, and the marine sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with a solid understanding of ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Candidates with knowledge of parts departments related to heavy equipment, trucks, coaches, marine, industrial, or generators may be considered.
  • Basic comprehension of business concepts such as Work In Progress (WIP) and sales tracking.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and time management skills in a dynamic work environment.
