Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Pharaoh Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to determine consumer demand and optimize sales strategies.
  • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and procure them for resale.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail sales management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
