About the Role:

Ontario Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Strategic Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving performance optimization and healthcare transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational performance and drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on performance management, data analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving performance improvement and business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
