Job Description

**About the Role**

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize system performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems
  • Design and implement performance testing and monitoring frameworks
  • Provide expert guidance and support to team members on performance optimization best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in performance optimization and infrastructure management

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in performance optimization and infrastructure management
  • Proven track record of leading successful large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Excellent knowledge of performance testing and monitoring tools and technologies
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and container-based service schedulers
  • Knowledge of performance optimization tools and technologies such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Splunk
  • Experience with monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Dynatrace, and Datadog
