Cossette Media is seeking a highly skilled Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Performance group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative search strategies for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement search strategies that drive measurable results for our clients.
  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and timelines, ensuring alignment with Cossette best practices.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across search platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, and Google Search Ads 360.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and optimal effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Train and support internal teams and clients on search best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new developments in search.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience managing campaigns on search platforms.
  • Technical knowledge of main search platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, and Google Search Ads 360.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance measurement tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear and compelling reports and recommendations.
  • Google Search certification required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong sense of autonomy and initiative.
