Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at TRAPPED. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales floor to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage the sales floor, including inventory, displays, and visual merchandising
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to sales staff
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required
