Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Once Upon A Child. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Work Setting: Urban area, retail business.
- Transportation: Own transportation or public transportation available.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, judgement, ability to multitask.
