We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Once Upon A Child. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the management of merchandise, including ordering, inventory, and stock levels.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Sales Team Lead will work in a retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
