Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at TRAPPED. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of sales staff, assigning duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Sales Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our sales team has the necessary products to meet customer demands.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure they are meeting their targets.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
