Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Once Upon A Child. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Provide training and coaching to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a retail store environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
