Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Outreach Specialist to become a vital part of Procore Technologies' Customer Success team. In this position, you will engage with clients and enhance interaction with our developing portfolio of accounts. This role involves a mix of independent and collaborative efforts, sharing the responsibility for ensuring post-implementation success and fostering long-term utilization of Procore's platform.

This role reports to the Manager of Customer Success and offers the flexibility to work remotely. We are eager to welcome a new team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate proactive outreach to clients within Procore's emerging portfolio.
  • Coordinate implementation consultation calls and business reviews for the Customer Success team.
  • Boost the frequency of scheduled business reviews and implementation consultations each month.
  • Continuously enhance strategies to improve attendance rates.
  • Engage with Procore's most vulnerable emerging accounts.
  • Generate reports and analyze customer data to gain insights into managing emerging accounts.
  • Optimize automation and streamline processes to support the growth of the Customer Success team.
  • Document client success stories and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a high volume of daily outreach, including 20+ calls and 30-50 emails.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a technology or startup environment, including internships.
  • Proficient in client interaction with a focus on customer experience and relationship management.
  • Experience managing customer data within Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls effectively.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently, with attention to detail and an open mindset.
