Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Outreach Specialist to enhance our Customer Success team at Procore Technologies. In this position, you will engage with clients to boost interaction within our developing portfolio. This role involves both independent and collaborative efforts, sharing the responsibility for ensuring successful post-implementation outcomes and fostering long-term utilization of Procore's platform.

This role reports to the Manager of Customer Success and offers remote work flexibility within the US. We are eager to welcome a new team member promptly.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate proactive outreach to clients within Procore's Emerging book of business.
  • Arrange implementation consultation sessions and business reviews for the Emerging Customer Success team.
  • Enhance the frequency of scheduled business reviews and implementation consultations each month.
  • Continuously improve strategies to boost attendance rates.
  • Foster engagement with Procore's most vulnerable emerging accounts.
  • Generate reports and analyze customer data to effectively manage Emerging accounts.
  • Streamline operational procedures and improve automation to support the scalability of the Emerging Customer Success team.
  • Document client success stories and maintain updated records.
  • Maintain a high volume of daily outreach, including 20+ calls and 30-50 emails.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a technology or startup environment (internships included).
  • Proven ability to engage with clients and prospects, focusing on customer experience and relationship development.
  • Experience managing customer data within Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
  • Demonstrated capability in handling a high volume of calls.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a self-directed approach to workload management while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A collaborative team player who also excels in independent work, with a keen attention to detail and an open mindset.
