We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Fort St. John. This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute administrative tasks to support business operations, including monitoring and completing minor revisions for field reports and invoices, generating and organizing timesheets, and book-keeping and filing receipts and invoices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones, relaying calls and messages, and greeting visitors, vendors, and clients.
  • Organize meetings, generate and maintain schedules and calendars, and ensure effective communication with suppliers and customers via email, in person, or on the phone.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, and perform general office housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's license required.
  • Knowledge of standard Oil and Gas activities and common HSE requirements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to identify problems and implement solutions.
  • Experience with billing and timekeeping support tasks, and a demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment.
