About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Helper to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items to order, including burgers, fries, and salads.
    • Portion and package food items for customers.
    • Operate a deep fryer and grill to prepare food items.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
    • Dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customer orders and provide exceptional service.
    • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store inventory and supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and colleagues.
