Restaurant Manager Job Description

At Host India-limebank, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our food service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to meet budget requirements.
  • Monitor and improve staff performance, providing training and support as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering and facility use.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints.
  • Manage events and supervise staff.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
