Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming service customers, working with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome service customers, listening to their concerns and addressing their needs.
  • Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system, and close orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
  • Provide service recommendations to customers, including estimating costs and ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturer standards.
  • Strive to meet the department's repair order production standards, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Perform other service-related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bilingual - English and French is a must.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience.
  • Automotive sector experience is a strong asset.
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to manage warranty administration is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills and experience is an asset.
Work Schedule and Location

Our Service hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Work location is in person.
