**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturer standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome service customers, listening to their concerns and addressing their needs
- Collaborate with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs, preparing repair orders and entering them into the database system
- Provide service recommendations to customers, including estimating costs and ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturer standards
- Meet departmental repair order production standards and perform other service-related duties as required
**Requirements**
- Bilingual - English and French is a must
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience
- Automotive sector experience is a strong asset
- Excellent customer service and listening skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
**Work Schedule and Location**
Our service hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. The work location is in person.
