Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in the parts store, and ensuring that all vehicle repairs and services are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in the parts store and provide expert advice on vehicle repairs and services.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or problems.
  • Develop estimates for repairs and services, including labor and parts costs.
  • Prepare repair orders and obtain approval signatures.
  • Provide parts for auto technicians and assist with inventory audits.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Understanding of automotive parts and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Valid G driver's license and acceptable driving record.
