Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Parts and Service Advisor to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and efficient repair orders, and maintaining a high level of technical knowledge in automotive parts and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in the parts store, providing expert advice on automotive parts and services.
  • Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose problems, and develop estimates for repairs and services.
  • Prepare repair orders, obtain approval signatures, and enter ROs into our service database system.
  • Provide parts for auto technicians and assist clients in obtaining the right products.
  • Perform parts inventory audits and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, following all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Understanding of automotive parts and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly attitude.
  • Above-average technical knowledge and a valid G driver's license.
