We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor - Parts and Accessories to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and efficient repair orders, and maintaining a high level of technical knowledge in automotive parts and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in the parts store and provide accurate information on automotive parts and services.
  • Conduct inspections, take test drives, and examine service schedules to determine the necessary repairs.
  • Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, and calculate customer payments.
  • Prepare repair orders, obtain approval signatures, and enter ROs into the service database system.
  • Provide parts for Auto techs for ROs and assist happy clients in obtaining the right products.
  • Perform parts inventory audits and work without constant supervision.
  • Follow all Health and Safety guidelines and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Understanding of automotive parts and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a friendly attitude.
  • Above-average technical knowledge and a valid G Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
