Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1046255 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency in our kitchen operations.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide on-the-job training tailored to the needs of our team.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that our inventory levels are optimized.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for our team, ensuring that we are adequately staffed to meet the demands of our restaurant operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment or related field.
- Work Setting: Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Physical Capabilities: The ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
