Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation and service areas, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to our high standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service industry.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and team player.
Work Environment

Our fast-paced environment requires a physically demanding individual who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will be working in a hot environment with odours, and must be able to maintain attention to detail.
