Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 41 Park Avenue East Holdings Inc. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of food service operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffLead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality food preparation.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure Quality Control and Customer SatisfactionMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage Budgets and ReportsPrepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports, providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.
Address Customer ConcernsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Maintain Records and InventoryAccurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing losses.
Supervise Tray Assembly and Work SchedulesOversee the assembly of trays and establish work schedules, ensuring efficient and effective food service operations.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor who possesses excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in supervising and coordinating staff, managing budgets, and ensuring quality control.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Physical CapabilitiesCombination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal SuitabilityClient focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
