Food Service Supervisor

About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
