Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at MTC Auto Sales. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management on sales trends and customer behavior.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.

  • Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing sales trends and customer behavior.
  • Organized: Maintain accurate records and ensure that inventory is properly managed.

  • Team Player: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
