Restaurant Operations Manager

HUH GA NE is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, enforce health and safety regulations, and lead a team of 5-10 individuals.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans, implement operational procedures, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
