Job Title: Manager of Administration and Operations

Ellement Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Administration and Operations to lead our administration team in providing exceptional client services.

Job Summary:

The Manager of Administration and Operations will be responsible for strategically managing, organizing, and coordinating employees and resources from different departments to ensure the efficient delivery of client services. This role requires a strong leader who can build relationships, collaborate with teams, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate employees and resources to ensure efficient delivery of client services.
  • Oversee business operations for the Vaughn office, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with leaders and staff across the company to ensure consistent delivery of quality client service.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and implementation of new systems and technology solutions.
  • Oversee and assist in the resolution of escalated client requests, concerns, and service issues.
  • Provide regular reporting to consultants on service levels, response times, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with HR on staffing decisions, including resource planning, recruitment, termination, and performance management.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient functioning of office operations, including equipment, maintenance, security, and space-related issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring health and safety measures are in place and monitored for the office.
  • Review and authorize invoices related to office operations to ensure compliance with company purchasing guidelines.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications and Attributes:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in administration and operations, preferably within a multi-departmental organization.
  • Proven track record of managing office operations and providing administrative services to multiple clients.
  • Experience in overseeing and integrating the functions of key departments, including pension, benefits, accounting, and IT.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully onboard new clients and implement new systems and technology solutions.
  • Experience in resource planning, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership and strategic management skills.
