Job Title: Partner Marketing Director

Varicent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Marketing Director to join our team. As a Partner Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing partner marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and pipeline contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partner marketing programs and strategies that align with Varicent's business objectives.
  • Manage co-marketing initiatives with partners, including co-authored white papers, joint webinars, case studies, and events.
  • Strengthen partner relationships through regular communication and strategic engagements.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline contribution through partnerships.
  • Measure and optimize partner marketing performance using metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer strategy that leverages and complements partner marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a significant focus on B2B marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in partner marketing with global systems integrators and consultancies or closely related roles.
  • Solid understanding of the enterprise software landscape, ideally Sales Performance Management (SPM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and/or other business management software solutions.
  • Proven capability in developing and executing marketing programs and strategies with global systems integrators, business partners, and influencers.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Success Outcomes:
  • Own and manage daily partner marketing initiatives.
  • Teach and mentor emerging leaders within the team.
  • Learn and stay updated with industry trends and potential shifts in the partner marketing landscape.
  • Improve and expand partner marketing strategies to accommodate changing market dynamics and partner needs.
  • Accomplish and exceed established targets for partner-driven revenue and pipeline contributions.
