Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that align with Varicent's business objectives.
  • Manage co-marketing initiatives with partners, including co-authored white papers, joint webinars, case studies, and events.
  • Strengthen partner relationships through regular communication and strategic engagements.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline contribution through partnerships.
  • Measure and optimize partner marketing performance using metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer strategy to amplify brand messages and drive thought leadership.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in partner marketing with global systems integrators and consultancies.
  • Solid understanding of the enterprise software landscape, ideally Sales Performance Management (SPM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and/or other business management software solutions.
  • Proven capability in developing and executing marketing programs and strategies with global systems integrators, business partners, and influencers.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate proactively and drive projects to completion.
  • Experience in leveraging data to measure marketing impact and make informed decisions.
