Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, answer questions about menu items and preparation methods, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Table Management: Attend to seating arrangements for large groups, receive customers' reservations, and assign tables.
  • Payment and Cash Handling: Receive payments from customers and respond to complaints of guests.
  • General Duties: Perform opening and closing activities, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset, with a permanent position and 40 hours per week.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
