Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting.
