Job Title: Culinary Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and assist senior team members with budget goals
  • Promote positive team morale and support team members
  • Ensure use of top-quality ingredients while managing costs
  • Develop and implement menu items following company specifications

  • Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
