Position Overview: Reporting to the Sales Director, the Territory Sales Manager will focus on promoting our products and expanding our footprint within the Agricultural sector. This role encompasses comprehensive coverage of the territory, engaging directly with potential clients in farms and agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct direct sales efforts targeting farms and agricultural businesses in rural areas;
  • Achieve significant market share within the assigned territory;
  • Establish new client accounts while maintaining relationships with existing customers;
  • Perform cold calling and visit prospective clients in designated market segments;
  • Maintain diligent follow-up with each customer;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with other departments as necessary;
  • Manage and update the CRM database effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven ability in business development, including prospecting and cold calling;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role;
  • Background in the agricultural sector, particularly in selling equipment or related products;
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets;
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
