Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure and system performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution.

  • Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of technical delivery, solution shaping, estimating, and delivery experience in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, with expertise in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with experience in driving business transformation and providing technical guidance and support to project teams.
