Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Care Coordination team, ensuring that patients receive prompt and effective customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Care Coordination team, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and processing requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
