About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Proposal Management team at PSI CRO as an RFI Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of persuasive sales documents and completing requests for information (RFIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned RFIs within Business Development, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support proposal managers in developing RFI and experience sections in proposals, showcasing PSI's capabilities and expertise.
  • Assist BD directors with capability presentations and requests for information at the pre-proposal stage, providing valuable insights and information.
  • Maintain BD knowledge libraries related to PSI services, capabilities, and experience, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
  • Act as a backup for the RFI Manager, providing additional support and expertise as needed.
Requirements
  • College or University Degree.
  • Prior experience managing RFIs or similar documentation processes is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and provide clear recommendations.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging and effective documents.
