About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our Proposal team at Pinchin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting proposal pursuits, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Pinchin offices to act as a proposal project coordinator and proposal program champion
  • Support the Tenders Program, including opportunity identification and distribution
  • Participate in regular workload management meetings and analyze proposal opportunities
  • Coordinate proposal pursuit and kick-off meetings, and assist with the Go/NoGo process
  • Create draft proposal framework documents and support the development of proposal submissions
  • Customize non-technical content and coordinate writing, review, and completion of documents
  • Support proposal finalization, assembly, and submission, and coordinate debrief sessions
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of the proposal process and participate in business development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Technical Writing, Marketing, or Communications, or related field with relevant experience
  • 1+ years preparing technical documents in a B2B environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work on multiple projects with deadlines
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with ability to communicate with various levels of the organization
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience in graphic design an asset
