Job Summary

Freshii Emerald Hills is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and food quality in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and food preparation.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and kitchen supplies are requisitioned and stored properly.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets our high standards.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Standing for extended periods.
    • Physically demanding.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
