Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at EDO Japan Emerald Hills. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
