Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Life Italian Restaurant. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant operations
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
