Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.

Manage Food and Beverage Quality

Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Prepare and Manage Budgets

Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our restaurant operates within budget and meets our financial goals.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Maintain Accurate Records

Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role

Language

English

Work Hours

35 to 40 hours per week
