Restaurant Operations Supervisor
Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality customer experience.
- Lead and instruct a team of 11-15 team members to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Organize inventory management and maintain accurate records to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Participate in marketing plans to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
- Supervision:
- Responsible for overseeing a team of 11-15 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Compensation and Benefits:
