Restaurant Operations Manager

Hong Thai Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility to ensure effective team management.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail to meet business demands.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and a strong work ethic to succeed in this role.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent work term
- English language proficiency
- 30 to 40 hours per week
