We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at A&W Restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate the performance of our team members and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with food, supplies, and other expenses to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
