Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and train a team of restaurant staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and increase sales.
- Manage staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action as needed.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations and Administration
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure that they are adequate and well-maintained.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure that they are within budget.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote our brand and products.
- Education and Experience
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business, management).
- 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
