Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Planning Team Lead to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our sales planning strategy and ensuring the success of our global sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales planning strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead a team of sales planners to ensure effective sales planning processes and procedures are in place.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and product development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning and operations, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
